Times Internet has acquired South Korean app MX Player for $200 million as it plans to re-enter the over the top (OTT) segment, according to a report by The Ken.
According to the report, the company will acquire users as part of the deal with MX Player. It will look at acquiring content besides using in-house properties for the same.
