Early this year a large number of Pakistani militants or we can even say Pakistani army came into indian territory (Jammu and Kasmir) and they killed and beheaded 2 of our jawans. These Pakistani militants were sent from Pakistan to take over the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
As we all know that during the time of independence, the ruler of the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir was given the option to either join India, Pakistan or to remain Independent. Pakistan feared that the ruler of J&K might merge with India, so Pakistan sent their militants to take over J&K. The ruler (king) of J&K tried to resist, which did not last long. The ruler then merged J&K to India. Within a day indian army was sent to protect J&K. Indian army fought hard and freed most parts of J&K which is todays State of Jammu and Kashmir.
Even after several attempts of Pakistan to takeover J&K they did not succeed. One of it was the Kargil War.
Even after the Instrument of Accession (Jammu and Kashmir), Pakistan does not recognize that the entire state of J&K is an integral part of the union of India.
Till today Pakistan still holds a large territory of J&K under their control (PoK) Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.
Till when will our country hold back. We should fight and take back our territory. The Govt must act fast. What will the future generation of this country get to see ?
Till when will the State of Jammu and Kashmir will be governed by Article 370 ???
I think that the central govt has done a big mistake by giving J&K temporary provision under article 370.
Because J&K has been given this provision the people in J&K refuse to say that they are Indians and that J&K is an integral part of the Indian Union.
1. Because J&K is the only state in india to have a Separate flag, separate constitution.
2. No laws enacted by the parliament can be applied to J&K unless and until the state assembly accepts it.
3. No indian from other parts of india can by land/property etc.
4. The State flagof J&K has more respect than that of the national flag.
The people of J&K are so confused that some say that they are Pakistanis, some say that they are Indians sand some say that they are independent.
Whenever they say something about the central govt, hey say your govt, I still don't understand why they say so. its our govt, they don't say our govt.
They don't have love for the country, they only think about their State.
Because constitution has granted J&K temporary provisions under article 370, Pakistan says that J&K is a disputed territory.
And they send their pak army to indian territory (J&K) to attack the people.
This must me stopped immediately and this problem must be solved as fast as we can.
The parliament must remove the temporary provision in J&K and then only the people there will understand. and also Pakistan.
Once this is removed it will be longer disputed area and it will have all the powers that a normal indian state has.
