The ticket sales for the T20 WC have
finally begun on the website with the
tournament due to begin in less than
two weeks. The sale schedule included
two phases, the first of which kicked
off at 12 pm IST on February 24.
The first phase of ticket sales were for
matches to be held only in Bangalore,
Chennai, Dharamsala, Kolkata and
Mohali.
It excluded matches of the hosts, India,
the semifinals and the finals of the
men's and women's.
The second phase of the sale that
would comprise of tickets for matches
in Delhi, Mumbai and Nagpur would be
announced shortly, according to a BCCI
release.

to ensure a fair opportunity and equal
distribution of tickets amongst all the
eager fans, limited inventory of tickets
for Seven of the highly sought after
matches (4 India matches, 2 semi-
finals and the final) will be sold online
