This information was shared by none other than Young Soo Kim, who is the President of Samsung Mobility's Gulf division. Kim was addressing media queries at the Galaxy S4 launch. When quizzed regarding why Samsung is not offering any ruggedised smartphone as yet, he shared that the company is already working on the same.
