Being a Cricket fan, I am very disappointed at performance shown by the number one Team in England. On eve of this Test series, every Cricket maniac was excited as they were expecting a "Charming Contest" like the Ashes but India has failed to put up a good show. That's really sad particularly when Test Cricket needs spirited games. Its almost all over now.
Congratulations England for becoming the Number One Team in Test Cricket. Inventors of the game have prevailed..!! Glory to them.

The same thing happened after being 2003 CWC runner ups.
Greg Chappel was appointed the coach nd the reult was down.
Rahul Dravid nd Saurav Ganguly streived hard along with Gary Kirsten nd MSD to bring India to a position to of winning CWC 11.
nw has BCCI appointed Duncan Fletcher to see the downfall of a great side

Australia was true no1 test team because they beat all at home and away also...
But India got the no1 position by winning most of the matches in Asian subcontinent.
Though indian team has been improved a lot but still they have to work hard for home away series....
We need fast bowler like kapil & sreenath....

The same can be said about England too.They are strong only at home(and probably the best in Australia after that), but they would struggle in the sub-continent against India and Sri Lanka and their pacers will flop miserably, like they did in the World Cup.So, it's not going to be long before another team takes the No.1 spot from them within a few months and it most likely is going to be South Africa.
They have the best all-round test team in all conditions other than England who are only strong at home just like India

Its going to happen like this now a days.....
No one can hold the title like Australia or West indies in past.
Yes England may not hold this for long as South Africa is not way behind and they are also doing well.......
Not to forget now they are under the guidance of Mr. Gary Kirsten.....
So my bet is for South Africa now.... :wlcm
