I purchased milton vertex 1000ml flask last year march 2022 from amazon and it was working properly till december. But all of sudden few days ago it stopped working. So contacted milton cc for help by mail. I was really surprised to see that they didn't asked for any details except my full address. And two days ago they sent me a new replacement from their silvassa warehouse.

Earlier I thought Amazon has only customer friendly attitude but Milton really proved me wrong.
If any company doing really good then we definitely have to vocal for them.

Milton and Hawkins products seems to last for lifetime. I bought a Pigeon cooker it went bad after the warranty people. Meanwhile the 3 set Hawkins cooker my parents bought post their marriage still works. These are the brands which makes our country proud. 👍
