Telenor said that it is offering talk time of Rs 600 on the recharge of Rs 500 in the old notes, providing a way to get rid of the invalid currency note
The telco has launched an 'extra talk time offer' for all its customers after the government allowed use of old Rs 500 note for mobile recharges. "With this offer, customers also get benefits of STV 36 free which offers calls at 25 paise per minute for 28 days," Telenor said in a statement.
Telenor customers can stay connected without disruption as they can use their old Rs. 500 note for recharging and get more talk time minutes, the statement added.
