Good News TCL IPTV service through TCL channel Live TV inbuilt App

Recently bought an Android Smart TV after thorough research of 2 months for my usage. Purchased TCL QLED Smart TV which has integrated Free live TV channels across the genres.

Further explore realized it has exact same channels which are available in Distro TV app.

So far it has 3 Kannada channels with 140 to 150+ channels across genre..

Prices keep fluctuates.. bought with patience at Best price with exchange of old TV and 2 years manufacturing warranty + 2 years extended warranty (4 years in total).

But these tv manufactures will only focus on giving free channels. They wont on board pay channels as their business is not to run IPTV or DTH.
Samsung is also has samsung tv plus for free channels.

If it's going to impact in their TV sales, then definitely fine tune its business model atleast to onboard more free channels. As the rival Jio OS TV started with highest Free TV channels at affordable price, other manufacturers don't want to loose its market share.

If they provide IPTV, then they should follow TRAI NTO prices, so TV manufacturers uses digital stream for FTA channel like Jio tv+ without NCF etc.
iptv is stream from satellite/dth feed with NTO prices, digital tv is steam from ott apps/youtube etc without ncf and channel prices, but both works with internet only.

Without an availablity of pay channels these services are useless. Free channels can be watched on any tvs irrespective of the brand. I never used samsung plus free channel service on my tv which is available from the beginning of my tv purchase. I still stuck with TCCL cable tv. Cable tv kind of UI is most important when you have kids and elderly people in your house for better switching of channels.

Samsung TV plus and LG channels actually worth, they even offers International contents in India. much better than Mi or TCL which offers digital channels.
