Dual branded pay per views will kill Survivor Series.

survivor series has been dual brand since ages now
My point is normal pay per views being dual branded pay per views killed the concept of Raw vs SmackDown. It was the one night of the year where Raw and SmackDown's competitors had a match against each other.

normal ppv being dual brands and raw vs sd are 2 different things....stand alone brand ppv was a big flop thats y they reverted back to old style where both brands will participate and have respective matches

Stand alone pay per views weren't actually flop. It gave mid card talent push they desperately needed. They got rid of it as they had limited talent. And it was getting difficult for them to book tv and pay per views with such limited roster.

Initially, the two-show-per-month formula was quite popular and well-received -- mainly because it was something fresh we hadn't seen in a while, and wrestling fans are always looking for something new to sink their teeth into. Gradually, though, the oversaturation of the product began to set in with most fans and the cries for less monthly content have been loud. There were times where the Raw and SmackDown Live specials were merely two weeks apart from one another, which was just too much for even the most die-hard wrestling fan to handle.

Why WWE decided to bring back dual-branded PPV events after WrestleMania 34

Reports indicate that WWE reverted back to dual-branded PPVs to fix issues with low ticket sales and stale storylines while it's believed that the flat-lining WWE Network subscriber count was another contributing factor. These are just two of many reasons why WWE should go beyond simply scrapping single-brand PPVs and scrap the brand extension altogether.

Low tickets sales is just assumption bro. Here's the actual reason. WWE Announces End of Brand-Exclusive Pay-Per-View Shows
