Experts can suggest me which brand to select, what will the cost, how many GB DVR to be select.

Bro  Hikvision, Zicom,  Is Best Brand Bro I Don't Have Information Regard This If You Interested Visit Their WebSite In Mumbai I seen Both Brand In Serious Place.

I use cpplus and hikvision at my factory and my office. They are the worst if you want remote surveillance from mobile. Things will stop working after a year or so. Service is poor here in Chennai.

At home I am using cleverdog ip camera but you need to have good wifi connection at your camera preferred location, cleverdog  has inbuilt support for SD card upto 32gb which can do 720p recording for 7 days. but you have remove the card to do backup. Play back can be done only via mobile app.
