Discussion Sun NXT OTT subscription not activating on Jio STB after plan renewal

I've encountered this weird issue where when a new billing cycle starts SunNxt doesn't activate the subscription when app launched despite the connection is postpaid on Airfiber, while rest of Ott apps activate subscription perfectly when app is opened in jio STB on new billing cycle day. I've to clear the app data and then launch SunNxt app again to fix this issue to activate the sub. I've been facing this issue right from 2nd month after the installation.
Have any one of you guys faced/facing this problem?

Play any channels from jiotv+ in jio STB maybe that will fix the issue

No same issue even if the sun network channels launched through JioTv+, same toast will be dislayed to take subscription.

For me it's working no issue with airfiber plan

In my JioFiber STB also same issue and I also will do the same.

Clear data of the app or uninstall and reinstall. Before that check your subscription in MyJio app.

Just Uninstall the app and Reinstall. It will work fine.

No need to uninstall and reinstalling just clearing the app data is fine it'll work and that's what I am doing now every month. Which is very sad.
