The Lenovo looks best to me

The 2nd One.
It has Ryzen 7 5th Gen, which is better than the 1st one with Ryzen 5 5th Gen and far better than the 3rd One which is 2 Generations older i.e. Ryzen 5 3rd Gen. The only advantage of the 3rd one is the graphics performance.
