Seeking Help Suggest HT for using Fire TV stick

Pls any one can suggest me a Home Theater under Rs. 20K. I need it to connect my Fire TV stick to get 5.1ch surround sound and connect my TV through it by HDMI cable.
I have presently a low end Philips DVD HT which has optical in Port, but my TV has only 3.5m out Port and no optical out facility is available. I am getting only 2.1 ch sound from my TV to HT.

Sony RT3 or Sony IV300 are good options under 20k. Your TV has HDMI ARC or no?
