Seeking Help Suggest 32 Inch Best Budget TV

Hi,
I need to buy a 32 inch LED TV, Budget of 15k as it's only for my parents, so Need Some Good PQ and Decent Audio and Durability.
With so many brands with Good Features on paper, I Confused which one to buy.
Kindly suggest only branded ones, atleast should be working for 2-3 years, else ppl will start blaming my choice of brand...

we've LG HD Ready 24-inch TV purchased in 2014
only problem faced: for a HUGE thunderstorm the IC was needed to change in 2016.
since then no issue!
