Sugesst a DSLR camera

Guys suggest me a DSLR camera. I am thinking between Canon EOS 700D, 1300D and nikon 3400 so I can spend around  around Rs.30,000.

Bro if you are a newbie then you can go with 1300d. But if you have good idea of photography or if yoj have atleast some idea for dslr then surely 700dis the best option. Nikon too is good but the only problem is after sales service issues in some areas.
