Seeking Help Suddenly Zee5 subscription not working and asking to buy plan

Anyone facing problem with zee 5 subscription.Iam having 4k plan till October.Suddenly it is not showing my plan.I also have act fiber plan and airtel plan.Nothing shows active

Asking to buy plan
 
Yes. No plans subscribed it shows right now. I think it's a bug on their end.

I have Zee5 subscribers from both JioFiber and Airtel Fiber, yet this. So not related to Jio or Airtel bundled subscription for sure.

Same issue here (Jio AirFiber).
My mother and grandmother literally went crazy. They were like "What? You are asking us to watch serials LIVE, like some cavemen? Fix it right now".
 
My subscriptions were re-added but now the pack expiry dates aren't showing. It used to show that before. 🤷‍♂️

Same happening with Zee5 too.
Can Anyone check Hoichoi app, Though I am having bundled Subscription but still not able to play anything as it still saying subscription needed.
 
I never had this problem.. It was able to stream over the last week and the pack expiry date also displayed correctly.
