The State Bank of India (SBI) on Monday announced rebranding of its website as bank.sbi 

According SBI, the new domain name bank.sbi is the highest domain protocol known as generic top level domain (gTLD), an official statement said.

Bro, i must say that their social media team is very active and they literally screw the employees of branch for which complaint has come. I have myself seen twice. Generally clerks dont give damn to your queries at branch and when i tweeted, they were like.. sir plz branch aa jayiye. Plz give a written letter that your problem is solved. Pls sir.. pls. So, i think sbi is working hard to change their image and trying to match up with private bank services.
