Discussion Spike to stebilizer or viseversa?

Iam having belkin spike and v-guard stabilizer.
Which is best way to use?
Power board - spike- stebilizer
Power board - stebilizer - spike

But i need to use both.that is why iam asking.
Stebi has 2 sockets.I need to use 4 .only 1 socket available in near power board.

Powerboard - spike - stabilizer

Spike to power board then stabilizer in spike then stabilizer to tv/fridge/ac etc...
