Spice Mobiles has silently released an Android smartphone in the Indian market, which supports Analog TV broadcast. Dubbed as Spice Stellar 440, the phone has been priced at INR 4,199 (MRP: INR 5,249), the phone is now available at e-retailer Saholic.com.

The smartphone features a 4-inch WVGA display, 3.2MP rear camera, 1.3MP front shooter, and 1GHz dual-core processor. The phone also packs 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and 3G support. In addition, Spice has included dual-SIM card slots, Android 4.4 KitKat, 1400 mAh battery, FM Radio, and dual-front speakers. The built-in Analog TV support will also allow the consumers watch terrestrial channels (like DD1) on the phone without any additional hardware. It will not work with cable channels.
