Seeking Help Some Apps Are Not Loading/ Working in Airtel Airfiber

Hey I'm writing this because some apps are not loading while connected to the airtel airfiber. Is there any solution for this.

I have tried resetting the router and after resting we can open the app. After some times/after restarting (power cutt) the opened apps will not work. I'll be loading. Any solution guys (Eg: JIOCINEMA (not working in stb and wifi connected devices) , EFOOTBALL Etc...)

Tried CC No response. They are saying will fix it soon.

Airtel DNS or some kind of security protection software (like Jio AirFiber has Jio SafeNet) built into the Airtel AirFiber ONT might be the culprit.

You can try switching your DNS to different one and check if that helps.

I am already using dns in my mobile (1.1.1.1). It's not working.
Any permanent solution?
Is any way for changing dns in router?

I don't know then bro.

I don't use or recommend AirFiber and prefer optical fiber over it due to such reasons. Since AirFiber is newer tech, it's hard to impossible to troubleshoot some issues. Furthermore, it lacks technical support from the brands.

Requesting you to not bump threads unless it's really urgent. I deleted one of your post and notified the same but again you bumped in a similar manner. You can bump after a few weeks if no one has responded.
