Snapdeal partnered with Truecaller to integrate Truecaller Priority through which any calls received by Truecaller users who have placed an order on Snapdeal will be marked as ‘Snapdeal Order Team’ or ‘Snapdeal Delivery Team’, and color coded in purple, a statement said Thursday.
"It will help reduce a key friction point in the delivery process ensuring that our customers don’t miss out on any important calls from Snapdeal, and also increase the daily rate of deliveries for us by increasing the call completion rate," Jayant Sood, Chief Customer Experience Officer, at Snapdeal said.
Customers with Truecaller app installed on their mobiles will be able to identify and filter delivery verification calls when shopping on Snapdeal. “With Truecaller Priority, Snapdeal ensures enhanced efficiency in its user communications," Arun Krishnan , Director, Strategic Partnerships at Truecaller, said.
