Smartphone which has "LTE only" option in MObile networks

Help me in finding a phone which has "LTE only" option in its mobile networks along with "WCDMA only" option and "GSM only" option 

and also which is VoLTE Enabled 

I have LYF Smartphone "Wind 6" but i want other brand model


also tell me if Remi 3s and Moto G4 has these options or not ?

You can enable the LTE only mode from the hidden service section on most smartphones by dialing *#*#4636#*#* from the stock android dialer and then scrolling down to network mode.

On Redmi 3S, you get 'Prefer LTE'
BUT using *#*#4636#*#* Code, u can select LTE ONLY on any Qualcomm Android Smartphone .
