NEW DELHI: Sister Nirmala Joshi who succeeded Mother Teresa, died at an age of 81 here on Tuesday. Sister Nirmala was heading the Missionaries of Charity after Mother Teresa's death in 1997. A Missionaries of Charity official said Sister Nirmala was not keeping well for the past few days and her health was gradually deteriorating.
The body has been kept at St John's Church. Her body would be brought to
Mother House Wednesday morning
and the funeral will be held at 4
PM.
