Simmtronics has announced the launch of a new
voice-calling tablet called the XPAD X-722.
Competitively priced at Rs. 5,999, the Simmtronics
XPAD X-722 runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
and is powered by a Cortex A8 1.0GHz 2D/3D
processor.
The Simmtronics XPAD X-722 features a 7-inch
display screen with a pixel resolution of 800x 480. It
sports 2MP rear camera and 0.3MP front camera.
The tablet has 512MB DDR3 RAM, 4GB built-in
storage and expandable storage up to 32GB via
microSD card.
For connectivity, the tablet supports 2G voice-calling
and data (GSM/GPRS), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 3G via
USB Dongle. There's a 3,500 mAh battery powering
the tablet.
Simmtronics has earlier launched the XPAD X-801 ,
an 8-inch tablet with voice-calling functionality. The
tablet features an 8-inch capacitive multi-touch
display with an 800x600 pixel resolution. The tablet
runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and is
powered by 1.2GHz processor. The device has
512MB of DDR3 RAM.
