Seeking Help Service request on hold without calling

Guys, due to construction beside my home they snapped the cable off. I raised the request but the technician keeps my issue on hold and falsely States that I have requested for rescheduling, even after 20 calls they are not able to resolve my issue how should I approach this issue now?
