Is there a way to separate the 2 bands (2.4GHz & 5GHz) of the jiofiber router as they have merged. They are causing a lot of problems with my smart home devices (wifi, outdoor camera, smart lock to name a few) which only support 2.4GHz & no how matter how many times I try, nothing connects. A while back, I somehow got them to connect but last night my pack got over & I was out at that time so when I came, i recharged (which was around 2 hours after the plan got over). In that time, everything got disconnected and they are not connecting again.

Jiofiber router firmware version: SRCMTF1_JCOW404_R3.10.2

photo of the 2 SSID of my router available to connect from my phone

photo of the setting of the 2.4GHz connection from myjio app, I think this is 2.4GHz because of 30 device limit

photo of the setting of the 5GHz connection from myjio app, I think this is 5GHz because of 48 device limit

This is the weird thing happening in myjio app as both are shown as 2.4GHz. Also, If i try to change the name of one, both changes.

2.4Ghz connection setting from Jio Centrum Home Gateway

5GHz connection setting from Jio Centrum Home Gateway

In Jio Centrum Home Gateway, Login -> Network -> Wireless -> Access Point. It also seems like they removed the option to change name & password of an SSID from here.

If anyone has any .img & .sig file (no matter the version) for JCOW404 please provide the link. I believe there are the upgrade and signature file as I saw someone post for JCOW414.

Once again I'll mention if anyone knows how to separate the 2 bands of the jiofiber router, please ask if anymore questions.
