One UI 3 comes with a brand-new UI to match the same one-handed UX that Samsung has been working on for the past few years. It’s modern, it’s sleek, it looks like Color OS when it was bad. There are a few improvements and a few changes that come to match Android 11 and the one-handed UX, so let’s go over those in comparison to One UI 2.5.

When Samsung announced its new Galaxy S21 lineup in January, the company also detailed the latest version of its One UI Android skin. The update came with quite a few new features and now Samsung plans to bring some of those to its older devices, including the Galaxy S20 and Note 20lineups, as well as the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Galaxy Z Flip, when it updates them to One UI 3.1. In all, five of the S21’s software features will be available on those phones after downloading Samsung's latest software.

Samsung has already rolled out its Android 11 update to many phones and tablets, branded as One UI 3.0, but the company introduced a minor revision with the Galaxy S21 series. The One UI 3.1 update was already confirmed to arrive on select phones and tablets, and now the wide rollout is in full swing.

There are now reports of One UI 3.1 arriving on the Galaxy S10 series, Galaxy Note20 series, Z Fold 2, Z Flip, Z Flip 5G, and Note10 series.
