Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro and Galaxy J7 Max are the latest addition to the Galaxy J series of smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro costs Rs 17,900 while the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max costs Rs 20,900. The Galaxy J7 Pro offers a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display along with a 13MP camera with LED Flash on both sides.

Powered by a 1.66GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 processor with 3GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage (expandable), the Galaxy J7 Pro is backed by a 3,600mAh battery with USB Type-C port. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat OS.

Samsung also announced that Reliance Jio users can avail 10GB of additional data for 12 months on monthly recharge of Rs 309. The company also announced that Samsung Pay Mini will be now available on J series smartphones as well starting with the Galaxy J7 Max.

Samsung Pay Mini, which makes its debut with the Galaxy J7 Max, is a toned-down version of the Samsung Pay mobile payments standard. It is meant for phones that do not have in-built NFC. It doesn’t work with regular swiping machines for ’tap and pay' offline payments, but supports mobile wallets and UPI for online payments.
