Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) now spotted on Geekbench with Exynos 7870 SoC

Back in September, Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) was found listed on GFXBench website and on Indian export-import data tracking website, Zauba. Now the SM-A320F aka Galaxy A3 (2017) makes another appearance on Geekbench website.

As per Geekbench website listing, the SM-A320F aka Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) is powered by a 1.59GHz octa-core Samsung's Exynos 7870 processor, along with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. Further, as per listing, the smartphone got 751 points in single-core test and in muli-core test it received 4071 points.

As per earlier listings, the Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) offers a 4.7-inch HD (1280x720p) IPS display, 1.5GHz octa-core processor, ARM Mali-T830 GPU, and 8GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) has a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera that comes with face-detection and LED flashlight. On its front, it has an 8-megapixel for selfies and video calling.

As per Zauba listing, the smartphone has a price tag of Rs 10,287.

The Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) will succeed older Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016) smartphone, which was launched in India last December.

To recall, the Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016) comes with a 4.7 inch HD Super AMOLED display and runs on a 1.5 GHz quad core processor with the help of 1.5 GB RAM. It offers 16 GB of internal memory and a 128 GB micro SD card slot. This 132 grams weighing smartphone comes with a 2300 mAh battery, Android Lollipop operating system, 4G, WiFi (a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, micro USB 2.0 port and a host of other sensors. The Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016) also offers a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera but it does not have the OIS feature.
