The South Korean tech giant Samsung is planning to roll out Android 7.0 Nougat update for its Galaxy A (2016) line up and Galaxy Note 5 as well. As per the latest report, some smartphones including Galaxy A3 , A5 , A7 , A8 , A9 and A9 Pro is expected to taste the Nougat very soon.
It is good to see that the company is treating the mid-ranger line up with frequent updates and roll-outs. However, there is no information about the time frame, and it will likely to take some time.
On the other hand, Samsung is also working on beta builds of Nougat for the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge with the final version expected to release in early 2017.
Moving forward, the company is reportedly working on the Galaxy A7 (2017), the Galaxy A5 (2017) and the Galaxy A3 (2017). If the information turns out to be true, the so-called Galaxy A3 (2017) is expected to come with a 4.7-inch HD screen, octa-core Exynos 7870, 8GB in-built storage and 2GB RAM.
Moreover, the A5 will come with a 5.2 inch Full HD screen, 2GB RAM and an Exynos 7 chipset, while the A7 will be equipped with a 5.5 inch Full HD screen, 3GB RAM and an Snapdragon 615 processor.
