New Delhi: Former India cricketer and
opener Navjot Singh Sidhu has been
hospitalised in New Delhi after he
developed a clot in his vein. However,
his condition is reported to be stable.
In a report in the Indian Express, it
quoted a statement from Apollo
Hospital which said, "Mr Navjot Singh
Sidhu was admitted to Indraprastha
Apollo Hospitals in Delhi today
evening with acute deep vein
thrombosis (DVT). This is a life
threatening condition if not treated
on time.
In DVT, clots are created which create
an obstruction in the blood vessel.
This hinders the normal blood flow.
According to hospital sources, after
initial treatment his condition is

blood thinners and has been
