Apparently, it's a Disney+ Original. Unlike Snowdrop, it's not originally produced by a Korean TV company and then licensed by Disney. So, hopefully it will be available for more countries.

Scheduled to debut on January 26, 2022 in SEA and East Asia on Disney+ and Hotstar.

As usual, rest of the world has to wait for the shows.

Any possibility of launching in India ??
Only after it has finished airing.

I don't get what problem they are facing with licensing. Unlike Snowdrop, this time they aren't working with any TV channel. A Disney+ "Original" is supposed to be available worldwide, like what Netflix, iQIYI, Viki, Viu, AppleTV have been doing. I guess this is happening because they are new to it. Hope they sort it out quickly.

I want to watch it & discuss with the world. Not after the whole world is done watching.

The main problem currently is that, each market operates in its own little bubble at Disney. Even though, there is an Global Distribution company operating at large, still local productions aren't being taken seriously as of now. That's the reason for this delayed or even non-availability of the content.

Disney's EMEA, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Indian Teams do their own things. That's why there isn't parity between the schedules in most of the markets. Let's take How I Met Your Father for example, as Indian Disney+ is playing in its own bubble we got the show now. Otherwise, it would be debuting in March after its US run had completed and people who any way pirates would have watched it already. Same way, Hulu gets Hotstar content along with Hotstar but won't be available for the rest of the world where Hotstar isn't available. It should be addressed soon.

Last week, Disney had formed a over arching International Content group, let's see if that changes any thing.
Now it's releasing in France as well.
French government is still living in 19th Century. Their laws prevent most of the theatrical content to not debut on the service like 3 years after its premiere in the country. Yesterday itself they had changed the rule that will allow streamers to put content on the platform after 15-17 Months depends on the policies signed by each of them. Its because of that they are beefing up content in the country as they cannot put marquee titles like Eternals this month else where and it hasn't premiered there yet.
