Mumbai: After Suresh Raina and
Harbhajan Singh, Rohit Sharma will
be tying the knot with long-time
fiancee Ritika Sajdeh on December
13, according to reports.
Sources close to the cricketer said
December 13 has been chosen
because the Indian team has no
commitments during that time. The
Test series against South Africa ends
on December 7 in Delhi.
Ritika, a sports events manager, and
Rohit were engaged in May this year.
Rohit, 28, proposed to 28-year-old
Ritika at the Borivali Sports Club in
Mumbai, the ground where he began
his career.
Rohit is the record holder for the
highest run score in One-Day-
International cricket history. He has known Ritika for
the last six years. She manages his
cricket engagements.
