To download the app from JioStore follow the steps mentioned below -

• From the homescreen, you can go to the JioStore to explore the world of apps
• You can switch between the tabs to find the app you wish to download
• Click on the Install icon to download the app on your set top box
• Once the app is downloaded click on open to launch the app
•To access the app login to the app using your Jio app number

Need to Reboot the Jio STB. After Rebooting. Turn off then Turn On the STB. Then Reconnect to WiFi. By Entering your WiFi Password on your Jio STB.

Mine got fixed after clearing its app data.
Simply go to settings->applications->
system apps->jio store->clear data.

For me, it was resolved automatically after I turned on the STB today morning (I turned it off last night).
