Reliance Jio Preview Offer ends way before 90 days

My reliance jio sim activated on 20th July and the free preview offer is supposed to expire on 18th October. But from yesterday my preview offer has migrated to welcome offer due to which my 4G data is limited to 4 GB per day. More than 40 days are still left in my preview offer. Plz help me what should I do now to get back my preview offer. Post 4 GB speed is just pathetic.

that's how its supposed to work. By the way r u using only sim or along with Jiofi hotspot device?

I think 4 GB free also sufficient for the time being.

If you have purchase their lfy phone or jiofi device then you can approach consumer Court for misleading a customer in the name of 90days preview offer and if it's free sim then u have to take what company offer because in this case you are not at lost as no money went out of your pocket. If you have indeed purchase with their device then you can easily win a case as you purchase a device by misleading advertising from their end.

Yes I purchased flame 6 mobile..... Should I go to the shop first and ask them what's the problem or should I mail reliance team ?

better call the customer care bro. Tell them you gonna take legal action. cos this is injustice. If its free sim then fine. But you spent some money and they shud consider as a premium member

As per sources , All Jio Preview Offer users are progressively migrated into Jio Welcome Offer in which Data Cap 4GB per day apllies after that unlimited at 128 Kbps.

Then it's a big fraud by company to sell their phone they have mislead a customer by promising to give you atleast 90 day preview offer and what I am understanding he is not asking extension on 90days then it's company prospective wheather they extend and change plan after 90days it's fine my point is when he buyed a device I think not even store man told him that offer can be changed any time wheather you have finish 90 days or not I don't if there is hidden agenda but atleast you file a complain for fraud and misleading advertising under sec420. It's look like I have been shown a flat of1500sq ft then got only 800sq ft as 1500sq ft is a super built we have to take into consideration lobby balcony lift area garage area terrace area if govt consider this as mislead to customer and say pay only for carpet then this is also misleading that also giving third class phone.

had called customer care and according to him all the preview offer will be migrated to welcome offer and the migration process has begun also from the date of launching of plan itself.... it's only a matter of time who gets migrated first from preview offer to welcome offer..... Such a shameless hidden thing from reliance to sell their products....
