Reliance 4g 10 gb free data

Has anyone got reliance 10gb free 4g data after upgrading to 4g wifi dongle if yes are you postpaid or prepaid customer

yes i have upgraded 1 month before still haven't got 10 gb free data i have also done recharge of 1 rs

but now they say offer closed i have upgraded my 3g dongle to 4g hoping to get 10 gb free data but now they have refused to give any data also there 4g plan also expensive compare to other why would someone buy there 4g wifi device when they are giving less data same plan with less rate available on airtel they have cheated customer by making false offer
