RCom brings CDMA version of Moto G to India for Rs 13,490

Makes a very good first impression

So far Moto G has been exclusively sold by Flipkart, but now Reliance Communications is offering the CDMA version of the best-selling smartphone for the Indian market. While the Reliance online store doesn’t sell a 16GB model, it has listed an 8GB model for Rs 13,490. This means, it is slightly expensive than the Rs 12,499 price for the 8GB model on Flipkart. It promises to ship the Moto G within 7-8 working days.

Reliance has imported the new handsets and so one shouldn’t expect the official warranty. However, RCom is providing its own warranty for one-year. The online store also offers Droid Mini and Droid Ultra CDMA smartphones that aren’t officially launched in India. The Droid Ultra is priced at Rs 46,490 and Droid Mini at Rs 32,490. It is offering all these devices with no down-payment as well as upfront payment plans.

Moto G has already received accolades for its build quality, price and performance. Flipkart called it its fastest selling smartphone, while for Motorola, it’s one of the most successful launches. The online site has also introduced a buyback offer for limited period. Read our Moto G review, to know more about the device.
