@Abhishek012 bro it should be PSB or Punjab & Sind Bank, in PSB B stands for Bank itself. So, PSB Bank is incorrect.

It's good initiative by these small scaled banks to add revenue to their portfolio. Whereas SBI Cards are good but doesn't have any lifetime free card. Punjab & Sind Bank might give it on their customer basis. Let's see.

Ya, NPCI also plan to launch RuPay credit cards in tier 2, tier 3 cities tieup with small banks

for an example - 'Baroda UP Gramin Bank' recently launch 'Pragati co-brand RuPay credit card' tieup with BoB Financial.

With this launch the Pragati RuPay co-brand credit card family now services all 3 RRB clientele of Bank of Baroda across UP, Rajasthan, Gujarat.
