Problem solved deactivated dish tv signal not coming

I have dish tv which was deactivated more then 2 year I have recharge it today but I am facing this box signal issue and I have checked signal in other fta box signal coming well on it

I contact customer care but no solution till now what to do

There must be software problem with your stb.

Do a factory restore from stb setting menu.
I had a similar issue and it was resolved by this method.

I have done all thing but no result
