Privacy Groups asked Google to control Pre-installed App

More than 50 privacy groups are asking Google in an open letter to stop vendors from permanently installing "bloatware" on Android phones because those pre-installed apps can pose a security risk to consumers.

1. Users should be allowed to fully delete any pre-installed app on their device.
Those apps should adhere to the same scrutiny as Play Store apps.

2. And it should have “some update mechanism” that doesn’t require an account and that Google should refuse to certify devices with privacy concerns.

Some apps forcefully require play service to work. Play Saavn app then force close Play Service. Whole app stops.
