Seeking Help Plan change query

Guys i have query i had jio fibre plan of 599 but now i have to change the plan my plan to 899 do i have to pay full amount again or it would adjust with previous plan as i had paid advance rental just 2 days back according to 599 plan
Somebody please solve my query
