Seeking Help Phone Vibrates Suddenly

For the last few days, I've noticed my RN4 is vibrating (once) suddenly (everytime in silent mode with no vibration set up). There's no notification (messages/calls/app) appearing, though I've kept most app notifications off. Can anyone give some light on this please!

Yeah, it is a common feature of Xiaomi phones of getting exploded. A MI A1 also recently exploded while charging.Xiaomi Mi A1 Reportedly Explodes While Plugged in For Charging

Have you Scanned it with good anti-virus, it normally happens due to certain bugs mostly by downloading apps from other than app store. (APK from unknown source)

Regularly scan with Xiaomi's own anti-virus.
I never download any app other than play store and that too after play store certifies that safe.

strange, I never felt any vibration in my phone(RN 4).most of the the time I too keep my phone in silent mode.
