I switched my Poco M4 5G from India rom to Indonesia rom using updater to get MIUI Dialer. Now my phone doesn't show any IMEI. So simcards don't detect. Is there anyway to get it back? Or is it gone forever.? ☹️

Service centre guys won't understand the issue. Better to ask is Telegram groups or XDA Forums.
Better go to service centre surely they'll help. Ask them it happened automatically, and signal is not coming. Why tell them you did something.
They only know one thing 'reinstall'. That's it.

But he can also try reinstall at his own, the steps are already mentioned

Thanks a lot to everyone and you specially @hike bhai. Mi Store people were really helpful. They took around 40 minutes and resolved it. Least helpful were local repair shop who were trying to rip me off. They wanted around ₹1500 - ₹2000. Even when I agreed to ₹1500 one. He couldn't do anything. Recommended to take me to service centre.
