Discussion Peering Issue in Netflix on BSNL

I have recently again brought Netflix Subscription, But getting a weird problem. I have a 10 MBPS BSNL connection in which Youtube and Amazon Prime Video works very fine at 1080p but when i use Netflix it even takes time to load and streaming is problem. When i check stats it is taking less than 1 MBPS from my connection. I tried changing DNS but nothing works.
