Seeking Help Paytm (My Last Transaction was still in processing)

Hi guys, yesterday i had paid my TNEB bill on Paytm, but still transaction has not been completed, still in processing even after one day, and this was the first time that I am facing issue like this with Paytm, whenever I paid TNEB bill, transaction will be completed within in few minutes, but this time this was taking more then usual time. 😐

Can anyone tell me the costumer care (Toll free) number, I want to communicate with Paytm representatives, because my amount got been debited, so I can't able to cancel the transaction. 😞
 
This shouldn’t be a problem, as the payment date would be considered as yesterday. Just in case you want more assurance, you could raise a ticket in the app. But I’m sure they will also say the same thing.

Did you tried clicking on the 24x7 Help button on the screenshot? What options does that shows?

Maybe you can raise your issue to the Paytm support using that.
