Srinagar: Pakistan opened unprovoked fire yet again in Naushera sector in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday, to which the Indian troops gave a befitting reply.
A heavy gunbattle is underway and intermittent firing has been consistent since morning from Pakistan's side.
No casualties have been reported from the Indian side.
This comes after a spree of ceasefire violations last week by Pakistan after the surgical strikes conducted by the Indian Army on September 29 to destroy terror launchpads in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
Ever since, Pakistan has stepped up cross-border firing and has violated the Line of Control ceasefire at least 20 times
