Opted new tic fibre connection.
Plan
500+ GST
20mbps upto 200GB there after 1mbps unlimited

You should have thought twice or thrice before opting for TIC fiber... They don't have customer care at all....

I have been begging for a connection for six months and escalated to everyone in TIC... Finally they denied saying there's no feasibility but I can see the cable and TCCL connection near my home.

Google their customer care reviews bro... I have no words to describe their pathetic service...

I got the connection through customer care only...
I have TCCL cable TV so they brought internet through the same finer.. Operator is same so no issue...
