OnePlus has introduced a new exchange program for customers. Under the new program, customers can get discount up to Rs 16,000 on exchanging their older smartphones. The scheme is applicable for all OnePlus smartphones — OnePlus One, OnePlus 2 and OnePlus X. OnePlus has tied up with ReGlobe to provide the offer.

To avail the scheme, select any one of the OnePlus smartphone from Amazon. Place an order, and copy the order ID. Choose the ‘mobile buyback’ scheme, and click on ‘I Agree’. You will be redirected to the ReGlobe’s website.

Provide the details of your smartphone and the order ID from Amazon, and ReGlobe will provide you details such as the price, buyback and area serviceability on your old smartphone. Enter your contact details and wait for a call from ReGlobe to get your old smartphone picked up. OnePlus is also offering the option to schedule the pick up and get cash back on the spot.

According to ReGlobe’s terms and conditions page, you will be eligible for buyback price on the basis of smartphone and its condition, age and functional status. ReGlobe will verify the order ID on Amazon, and will conduct an inspection of the smartphone to check if it is in line with the details you had provided online. Customers need to keep self-attested ID-proof of owner of old smartphone. You can check out all the fine prints of the deal here.

OnePlus’ OnePlus One 64 GB variant is currently available for Rs 19,999 on Amazon. The OnePlus 2 64GB model is up for sale at Rs 22,999. The latest OnePlus X Onyx 16GB version is available for Rs 14,999 through the e-commerce site. All the OnePlus smartphone are now available without the invite-system.
