O'General AXGS24ABTH-Q fan sound question.

Hello all.

I bought new AC from O'General model number: AXGS24ABTH-Q capacity class 24000PU.

The fan sound it very annoying I called the maintenance and they told me it is normal sound. Every day I get headache from the fan sound.

I recorded the sound of the fan so you can help if possible. Is this fan sound normal or does it have issue ?

I have O'Gen ACs (both are split modes though). Their fans don't give such annoying sounds. Something is really wrong with your AC fan.

I also have split AC. But, there are no annoying sounds in the indoor unit. It is very quiet. Outdoor unit may be little loud.
