I have been not able to send “ *123 1# “ query type sms on airtel network/airtel simcard. I have been getting error that message is not sent. I have been experiencing this from last 3-4 days. I am able to send this using other network providers other than airtel. Has airtel stopped support for this particular query type or how it is?

If you mean USSD codes, *123# is not working, use *121# instead.

It may have been a temporary outage.

The following are working for my Airtel Prepaid numbers, on both a smartphone and a feature phone.

1) *123#
[ Main Balance + Outgoing Validity + Incoming Validity + Data Balance ]

(AFAIK, this is the only USSD that displays the Incoming Validity date)

2) *121*2#
[ Mobile Number + Main Balance + Outgoing Validity + Current Pack Info + Upcoming Packs Info + Data Balance + SMS Balance]

3) *121#
[ Mobile Number + Displays the USSD Main Menu ]

4) *282#
[ Displays Mobile Number ]
